Limited Collector's Edition

I want purchase a Limited Collector's Edition version of the game, would I be able to apply all the in-game perks from it to my current exsisting account which is just a standard walmart edition, or am i forced into creating new account?

Yes, i guess. Keep in mind that you would have only 1 game account, without any way of using either code on a different account without NCsoft support.

No you if you buy the collector's edition from the store its a different account. NCsoft did have a limited time where you could upgrade your account to collectors.

While there was a $10 upgrade option till late October, if you get your hands on a retail version of the Collector's Edition software you can apply that CE code to your existing Standard account to take advantage of all the in game items and additional month you'd have received normally.

So YES, you can upgrade a Standard account using a Retail CE code and get all the in game items.
